Blank/unknown value in created/accessed field due to property on other PC.
Cause:
The file properties are actually located on another computer that is running MS-DOS and the 16-bit Windows.
Solution:
Copy and save the file in the desired Windows/Office application.
1) Copy the to the desired drive/folder/disk in the 32-bit application.
2) Open the file in the desired application.
3) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Save'.
